Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are 16 years old as of the date of contest entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

The contest is administered by L’Moor (the “Sponsor”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor at 165 South Burns Road, Baltimore, Ontario K0K 1C0. By participating in this Contest, each contestant agrees to be legally bound by these contest rules and regulations.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is run by the Sponsor and will take place from November 1, 2024 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time to November 28, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest, at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Personal information of the entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has provided consent.
3. PRIZE
There are four (4) Prizes to be awarded, content solely at the discretion of the Sponsor.
Prizes valued at $125 CAD, minimum, for a total of $500 for the duration of the contest, and include shipping in Canada.
The winner is solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes associated with the Prize and must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. Any additional costs not described in these Rules as part of the Prize that are incurred in collecting and using the Prize are the winner's responsibility. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.
4. METHOD OF ENTRY
Entry and Registration: To enter the Contest, an eligible contestant must upload an original image of nail art on fingernails or toenails, during the contest period.
There is no limit to the number of entries in the contest period, although Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify inappropriate images.
No purchase is necessary.
Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Sponsor’s website during the Contest Period.
5. DRAW & WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
One winner will be selected each week by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, at the end of each theme week (November 8, November 15, November 22, November 29). The winner will be selected from among all qualified entries received during the Contest Period. The contestant who owns the selected entry, and who is otherwise eligible to win, will be the selected contestant who is eligible to win the Prize subject to compliance with these Rules.
Contacting Selected Contestant: Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the selected contestant by email using the information provided at the time of entry within 5 business days of the Draw Date. If the chosen winner doesn't respond to our email within 10 business days, they may be disqualified, and forfeit the prize, and we can pick a different winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsors' Decisions: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all contestants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of contestants, entries, and votes.
